Nantong Dali Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock enterprise restructured from the former state-owned Rudong Grain Machinery Factory and Nantong Huaqing Pressure Vessel Factory. It was founded in 1969 and is now a professional manufacturer of pressure vessel products for the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, as well as oil processing equipment and biological fermentation equipment for the State Grain Administration.
The current company covers an area of 66000 square meters, with a factory building area of over 22000 square meters and fixed assets of 56 million yuan. There are currently 120 employees, including 36 professional and technical personnel, 18 intermediate and senior engineers, 72 workers engaged in pressure vessel manufacturing, 33 certified welders for pressure vessels, and 4 personnel with Level II and III non-destructive testing qualifications. There are various metal material cutting, rolling, manual welding, gas shielded welding, tube sheet automatic welding, automatic submerged arc welding, gas (electric) dynamic expansion tube and other metal material cutting, forming, welding, metal cutting processing equipment and material chemical composition analysis, mechanical performance experiments, weld seam X-ray, ultrasonic, magnetic particle, penetrant testing and other testing instruments and equipment, fully meeting the manufacturing, processing and inspection requirements of various equipment. The company has the manufacturing qualification for A2 level pressure vessel products and the design qualification for D1 and D2 level pressure vessel products from the State Administration of Market Regulation, as well as the GC2 pressure pipeline installation, renovation, and maintenance license and high-tech enterprise certification. At the same time, it has the qualification for the examination institution for special equipment operators.
